Refund Policies

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. We handmake each piece specifically for each customer, but if the first is not what you wanted, we'll let you swap it for another. To return an item, please email suenvy.newyork@gmail.com

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds about gold item and custom order.
About sterling silver item, there will be a restocking fee applied.

SuEnvy is not responsible for wrong mailing address which receiver filled out.
Please double check current mailing address.

In case you received damaged items:
We make a piece one by one very carefully so that we believe never sending you damaged items. However, in case you received one, please follow the instruction below.


1. email us, info@suenvy.com
We will send prepaid postage slip to you.
Then repack in its original packaging and send the item back to us. For your security please return package with an insured carrier.
SuEnvy is not responsible for items lost in transit.

As soon as we received the item, we send you new one to replace.
Return of product, other than for exchange or replacement, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping fees and / or return shipping costs are non-refundable. No returns other than defective product after 30 days of receipt will be honored.

Please contact me if the jewelry is damaged during delivery or the ring size is incorrect.
